Today, Saturday, I was amazed at the work that had been accomplished by the crews this week. Both foundations, the house and the pool house, have been filled, trenched, and leveled. They are ready for the next steps in the process in the coming weeks.

We were very excited about the work - so we invited a few friends over for an impromptu celebration and to check out the progress of the first 19 days!!! With a battery operated lantern (thank you Melinda) and the flashlight app on our phones, we were able to enjoy The 44 Ranch until way after dark!!!

Furry Friend of the Day
Our furry friend of the day is Rudder, a very well behaved, sweet, chocolate Labrador who lives with his humans not far from our place. He lives so close, he walked his humans over this evening to join our party!!
