It's Been Complicated

After years of planning, preparation, and more planning, construction on our house in Bridlewood Ranches will begin tomorrow.  Below are a couple of shots of the property taken in October, 2009. 

In early 2010,  we started clearing the land to get an idea of where to site the house and to get rid of brush.

 Our great friends Melinda, Kathy, and Christie surprised us with a table laden with flowers and champagne to celebrate this first step in a complicated project.

The removed cedar trees were mulched and laid down to create the first phase of the driveway.

So three years after our first clearing, we are ready to build!!!!
